These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and NEPTON STORE LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company formed and located at 8206 Louisiana Blvd Ne, Ste A #10522, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113 US.
NEPTON STORE LLC operates in enterprise computing systems staging, disaster recovery architecture, and professional technical IT services. We architect, assemble, burn in, and maintain enterprise workstations, server clusters, network switching infrastructure, and contractual SLA retainers.
Commercial orders may be placed via credit card, verified payment processor, bank wire transfer (Fedwire/ACH), or approved corporate Purchase Orders (Net-30 terms subject to credit underwriting). All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Where applicable, New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax (NM GRT) or state sales tax will be assessed unless a valid Resale Certificate (Form CRS-1 / ACD-31050) is provided.
All customized workstation computers and rackmount servers built by NEPTON STORE LLC undergo our standard 72-hour thermal saturation and component benchmark audit prior to dispatch. Standard systems carry a 3-Year Limited Hardware Warranty covering component replacement and technician labor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable New Mexico law, NEPTON STORE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial damages resulting from data loss, downtime, or business interruptions. Clients utilizing disaster recovery services remain responsible for primary data custody.
These Terms and any related commercial transactions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for any legal proceeding shall lie in the state or federal courts situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
