Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the terms, rules, and conditions under which clients, authorized contractors, and organizations (“Users”) may interact with the technical infrastructure, compute clusters, remote disaster recovery vaults, network gateways, and testing staging labs operated by NEPTON STORE LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”), registered in the State of New Mexico with facilities headquartered in Albuquerque.

2. Authorized Enterprise Use

NEPTON STORE LLC provides commercial-grade computer systems staging, disaster recovery vaults, high-speed network integration, and technical advisory services. All interactions with our hardware staging facilities, network interfaces, and customer portals must be strictly for legitimate commercial, organizational, or research operations consistent with an executed Statement of Work (“SOW”) or Service Level Agreement (“SLA”).

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

Users and clients agree never to use or permit any third party to use NEPTON STORE LLC systems, infrastructure, or bandwidth for any of the following activities:

  • Cyber Attacks & Disruptions: Launching, assisting, or facilitating Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, brute-force intrusions, port scanning, or malicious network probing.
  • Malicious Payloads: Uploading, distributing, compiling, or storing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, rootkits, or keyloggers on staged hardware or backup vaults.
  • Unlawful Cryptomining: Utilizing disaster recovery clusters or staged compute nodes for cryptocurrency mining without explicit written authorization in the project SOW.
  • Security Evasion: Circumventing user authentication, firewalls, encryption keys, zero-trust perimeter controls, or intrusion detection systems.
  • Unauthorized Data Interception: Sniffing, packet monitoring, or wiretapping network traffic routed through our staging switches or carrier cross-connects.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Staging, storing, or transmitting pirated software, counterfeit firmware, or unlicensed proprietary data.

4. Staging Lab & Hardware Testing Protocol

During the 72-hour thermal stress-testing and hardware burn-in phase conducted at our Albuquerque staging facility:
• All client-supplied disk images or configuration scripts undergo automated cryptographic checksum verification (SHA-256) prior to deployment.
• Workloads that intentionally violate thermal thresholds, disable safety bios protections, or exceed rated power limits are strictly prohibited and will trigger automated rack shutdown.

5. Security Incident Reporting & Cooperation

If any client or partner identifies a security incident, compromised credential, or anomalous network behavior associated with NEPTON STORE LLC equipment or staging IP subnets, they are required to notify our incident response team immediately:

6. Enforcement & Termination

NEPTON STORE LLC reserves the right, without liability, to immediately suspend access, sever VPN tunnels, isolate staging ports, or terminate service retainers upon identifying violations of this AUP. Suspected criminal activities will be referred to relevant federal and state law enforcement agencies.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable federal laws of the United States. Inquiries regarding this policy may be directed to:
